The Family Business Network (FBN) helps business-owning families to network and share experiences about the distinctive challenges and opportunities they face. The FBN network has 1800 member firms in 45 countries. Our member firms cover many different industries and range in size up to international corporations that have been handed through several generations. We actually have more than 220 NxG members. By NxG for NxG It is a fact that some 95% of family businesses do not survice the third generation of ownership, and often for a lack of preparation of the subsequent generations. Young members of family businesses face special challenges in order to find their roles within the family and within the business. In recognition of these unique challenges, we offer a Next Generation programme tailored to meet their needs.
