The program is designed to give the participants valuable on-the-ground experience in one of the world’s biggest developing nations – Brazil. This August, "Make a Difference in Brazil" provide a number of Next Generation members with on-the-ground experience and case studies of organisations and social entrepreneurs focusing on: 1) social equity 2) sustainability and natural resource management 3) social impact through economic development and entrepreneurship! Throughout the trip, the participants will learn how to create positive social change, gain an increased personal self-awareness, and develop ideas on how to realise opportunities at both an individual level, for the family business, and society at large. The participants will develop their own leadership abilities further and interact with like-minded peers and organisation leaders whilst being in one of the most fascinating and diverse countries of the world. In short, this journey is a unique chance to gain a deep insight into the challenges - and responsibilities - of our generation in triggering positive social change.
